Divine Punishment is an Ultimate weapon in The First Descendant you can research after reaching Mastery Rank 10. The research requires the following materials: Divine Punishment Polymer Syncytium, Divine Punishment Synthetic Fiber, Divine Punishment Nano Tube, and Divine Punishment Blueprint.

The first three materials have their own crafting recipes with more materials to grind for. Most of them are simple monster drops, but the blueprints require more dedicated farming.

Here’s every blueprint you need to make Divine Punishment and how to get it:

What does Divine Punishment do in The First Descendant?

The Divine Punishment comes with a unique ability called Prayer. Granting a buff to teammates grants you the Meditation effect increasing your DEF. Recovering teammates’ HP, Shield, MP, or custom resources grants you the Praise effect, lowering your skill cooldown. Lastly, inflicting a debuff on the enemy grants you the Glory effect increasing the weapon’s ATK.

This weapon can be played in a variety of ways. It’s almost impossible to take advantage of all three effects at the same time due to how most Descendants are designed, but you can lean into either a more supportive role with someone like Yujin or a more offensive role with characters who can inflict debuffs, like Freyna or Blair.
